On Wednesday, May 13, a crowd of 70 MIT Enterprise Forum members and other interested people met up at the UK Trade & Investment offices at One Broadway in Cambridge to learn about the future of smart cities. We started the evening with a networking hour, enjoying wine and snacks.

A panel led by Ruthbea Yesner Clarke from IDC, and consisting of Ryan Chin, Managing Director, City Science Initiative, MIT Media Lab, Jascha Franklin-Hodge, CIO, City of Boston, Brian Phillips, EVP Strategic Planning and Marketing, Bigbelly and Bic Stevens, Principal, Stevens Capital Advisors spoke about Smart Cities and in particular about the how cities can become smarter about resiliency.
